When the UK was chosen to host the world’s most daring iQFOiL windsurfers for the 2026 World Championships, the RYA needed an event identity worthy of the sport’s fastest rising discipline.

Following the announcement that the RYA had won their bid to host the iQFOiL World Championships in September 2026, they had a blank sheet of paper and one big goal: create a distinctive identity and creative approach that captures the excitement, innovation, and speed of iQFOiL racing.


Working to an accelerated timeline, we deployed our rapid Brand Wheel onboarding model to move quickly from strategy into creative development.
The resulting concept, Forces ofNature, created a bold, modern and kinetic identity that frames every competitor as the hero of their own story. It places athletes on pedestals, amplifying their presence and compelling audiences to get to Weymouth & Portland to watch them in action.


From the marketing team to the RYA Board, staff and even the athletes, the response to Forces of Nature ha been overwhelmingly positive. Roll-out began in early 2026, with the RYA team using the toolkit supplied by Early to begin creating initial event collateral.


Winning the bid to host theiQFOiL Championships was a major moment for the RYA. Hosting it will be evenbigger. So, it was crucial we met both moments with a visual identity thatcould deliver against all expectations.
