Early Marketing has welcomed two new team members as the agency continues to grow its client offering across strategy, branding and digital delivery.

Joining the team as Account Director, Sarah Mitchell brings over ten years of experience managing integrated campaigns and long term client partnerships across hospitality, retail and lifestyle brands. She will lead strategic client relationships and support the agency’s growing portfolio of retained accounts.

Alongside Sarah, Early Marketing has also appointed Designer Tom Bradley, whose background spans brand identity, digital design and content production. Tom will work across client projects, helping to evolve visual systems and creative outputs across web, social and campaign work.

The appointments mark another step in Early Marketing’s continued growth, following a strong year of new client wins and expanded project delivery. The agency says the new hires will strengthen both strategic and creative capabilities as demand continues to increase.
