The construction industry has suffered ongoing issues of unreliable delivery times and processes. SASGO counter this with one of their main USPs being guaranteed delivery slots. Additionally, the majority of stock is UK based reducing delivery lead times. As a family-owned business, previous success originated from local building firms and contractors.
Early were introduced to implement innovative marketing strategies to enable growth of the business into larger contracts. Strategic goals included appealing to main nationwide contractors and sizeable commercial property companies, whilst maintaining their existing customer base.
Early recommended the implementation of a challenger brand strategy to meet SASGO’s future goals. In order to effectively implement this, Early developed a new brand architecture. This was necessary to help SASGO grow from being perceived as a predominantly local flooring distributor to appealing to nationwide contractors with significantly larger projects.
Following the rebrand, Early assisted with a redesign of the website and have created engaging monthly advertising and promotional campaigns to further help SASGO achieve its strategic goals.
More recently we designed and implemented a detailed customer segmentation programme identifying 7 different customer personas to provide effective, targeted campaigning with customised, benefits led messaging.
