Responsible for the day-to-day running of the agency, Neal directs client strategy and provides senior client counsel advisory.
By virtue of his multiple C-level positions and experience working with companies such as O2 and SAB Holding, Mark is a dynamic and committed senior executive with a proven track record of delivery. He’s an energetic business leader, who can demonstrate strong strategic capabilities and provide creative solutions. At Early, he is responsible for the smooth-running of operations and the financial health of the agency.
Having worked with all the top blue-chip clients like; Canon, HP, Vodafone, Microsoft and O2, Andrew is a true all-rounder with excellent knowledge of traditional media and new digital technologies. He has played his part in running a large global agency managing copywriters, art directors, traffic managers and designers. His duties include strategically planning creative output, managing and monitoring brand campaigns for all clients, and supporting client facing account teams.
